GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

Destination Mekong is a non-profit organisation registered in Singapore and Cambodia. We are championing the tourism and hospitality private sector in the Mekong Region, consisting of Cambodia, PR China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Viet Nam. Our main governing body is the Annual General Meeting (AGM), during which full members have their voice and can elect members of the executive board from their midst.

The Executive Board in turn, elects their Chair, Vice-Chair, and treasurer, and they appoint the CEO of Destination Mekong.

Destination Mekong is guided by its Charter, which is available to all members here and below.
